rikAI handwriting model corresponding source — 2026-09-29

This archive contains the exact Zinnia-Tomoe Japanese model source used by
rikAI, its original AUTHORS and GNU LGPL 2.1 license, and the conversion
script used to produce the bundled handwriting_ja.bin. It contains no
other rikAI application source.

Upstream: zinnia-tomoe-0.6.0-20080911

The upstream model and this distribution of the conversion script are
provided under the GNU Lesser General Public License version 2.1 in COPYING.
Copyright for the original model belongs to its upstream contributors;
see AUTHORS. The conversion script is Copyright (c) 2026 Ryan Farrar.

Changes by Ryan Farrar: converted the source model into the RKHW version 1
container; encoded feature indices as ULEB128 deltas and converted weights
to IEEE float16. This distribution records these changes on 2026-09-29.
No additional training is performed by this conversion. The text source
preserves the original full-precision model values.
